What equipment do I need?

Each player must have soccer cleats, shin guards, and a soccer ball. Soccer socks must be worn over the shin guards.  Socks are provided with the uniform for those players in U8 and up.  You should, however, consider a few extra pair for practices.  


What size ball do I need?

U6 & U8 -  size 3

U10 & U12 -  size 4

U15 -  size 5


How long are the games?

U6 -  (4) 8 minute quarters with a 3 minute beak between each quarter.  

U8 -  (3) 15 minute periods with a  break after the 1st and 2nd period.

U10 -  (2) 25 minute halves with a 5 minute half time.

U12 - (2) 30 minute halves with a 5 minute half time.

U15 - (2) 35 minute halves with a 5 minute half time.






What determines the age group a player is placed in?
The age group is determined by the player’s birth year. 




Can I bring pets to the fields?

The only animals allowed at the fields are service animals and proper identification must be shown if asked by a board member.


Can I smoke at the fields?

Tobacco use is not permitted at the fields.  This includes, but is not limited to, chewing tobacco, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, and pipes.


Where can I park?

Parents should park in the front parking lot of St. Leos.  There is a limited number of spaces for those with handicap permits down by the building at the St. Leo fields. No parking anywhere else on St. Leo grounds is permitted.  There is no parking on the grass, Knights of Columbus, Roads, Cemetery, etc.
